Better pet health begins with a conversation
Partners for Healthy Pets gets the word out at the 2015 AVMA Convention in Boston, MA

Partners for Healthy Pets was proud to participate in the 2015 AVMA Convention this past July 10-14 in Boston, MA. There was a lot of activity at our booth as more practices signed up for our Practice Enrollment Program, which provides free, easy-to-use tools to help you talk with clients about the benefits of regular checkups, preventive healthcare and the importance of forward booking. Forward booking is scheduling future appointments for ALL pets, regardless of the reason for their current visit, before their owners head out the door.

We also showcased our new Facebook page, Pet Wellness Pulse, and heard many positive comments about how practices have been sharing our Facebook posts with their clients, fostering long-term relationship building for the practice.

In addition to exhibiting at the convention, Partners for Healthy Pets held a series of workshops to educate practices on the importance of forward booking, ways to increase revenue, tips on using Facebook and social media to increase visits, and more. Led by award-winning practice consultants Karen Felsted, CPA, MS, DVM, CVPM and Karyn Gavzer, MBA, CVPM, these three workshop sessions included interactive exercises, videos, and other engaging components.
