Campaign In Action: Forward Booking Training Videos on PHP Website!

Check out the PHP forward booking training videos for your healthcare team on the PHP website! The very brief videos (two minutes or less!) show the various touch points available in any practice during a preventive healthcare visit to discuss forward booking with pet owners. From veterinarian to technician to the front desk staff, the videos demonstrate short conversations your staff can have with pet owners about the importance of forward booking and how vital it is to their pets’ health.
